The short version

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the author of latentstack (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of https://mylateststack.vercel.app, including its posts, code samples, feeds and any related pages (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

latentstack is an independent blog written by Suraj that publishes tutorials, explainers, opinion pieces and reviews about artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation, software tools and the modern tech stack. The Site is free to read and does not require an account.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. The Site is intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed at children.

4. Ownership of content

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including the text of posts, page designs, the logo, cover images, illustrations and the overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to latentstack and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Third-party content, such as names, logos, quotations or screenshots of other products, remains the property of its respective owners.

5. What you may do with the content

Subject to these Terms, you may:

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

6. Code samples

Posts often include code snippets, commands and configuration examples (“Code Samples”). To make them genuinely useful, you may copy, use, modify and distribute Code Samples in your own personal or commercial projects without attribution, under terms equivalent to the MIT License. Code Samples are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, testing and securing them before use. This permission covers Code Samples only, not the surrounding written content. Code from third parties shown in a post stays under its own license.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

8. Feeds, crawlers and AI tools

We publish an RSS feed and an llms.txt file because we want people and tools to find and read the Site. Search engines, feed readers and AI assistants may access, index and summarise public pages, provided they respect our robots.txt, keep request rates reasonable and link back to the original posts when they reference them. Bulk copying of the Site to republish it, or to build a competing collection of our content, is not permitted without written permission.

9. Educational content, not professional advice

Everything on the Site is published for general educational and informational purposes and reflects the author’s personal experience and opinions at the time of writing. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, security or compliance advice, and reading the Site does not create any professional or client relationship. For decisions with real consequences, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.

10. Editorial policy, AI assistance and sources

We want you to know exactly how the content on the Site is made, so you can decide how much to rely on it.

Despite this care, AI models, frameworks, APIs, prices and product features change quickly, and content may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. We may update, correct or remove any content at any time without notice, and we are under no obligation to keep older posts current. Always check official documentation before relying on details for important decisions.

11. Your responsibility when applying what you learn

If you apply techniques, code or tools described on the Site, you are responsible for:

12. Third-party links, products and services

Posts mention and link to third-party websites, tools, libraries and services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing or practices, and a link or mention is not an endorsement or warranty. Your use of any third-party product is governed by that provider’s own terms. If a post ever contains affiliate or sponsored links, it will say so clearly, and any opinion expressed remains our own.

13. Trademarks

latentstack and its logo are our trademarks. Other product names, company names and logos mentioned on the Site, such as names of AI models, frameworks or apps, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those products, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

14. Feedback and messages

We welcome corrections, ideas and suggestions. If you send us feedback, you agree that we may use it to improve the Site or its content without any obligation to you. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information. Messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Comments and likes

You can like posts and leave comments. Comments are public and appear with the name you choose. By posting a comment you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store and reproduce it on the Site. You keep ownership of what you write.

Please don’t post comments that:

We may edit, hide or delete any comment, and limit or block commenting, at our discretion and without notice. Comments reflect the views of their authors, not of latentstack. To ask for one of your comments to be removed, contact us (see below).

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us with: identification of the work you believe is infringed; the URL of the material on the Site; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review valid notices promptly and remove or correct material where appropriate.

17. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Site and your rights over it. It forms part of these Terms.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, its content and its Code Samples are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content is complete, current or suitable for your needs.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, latentstack and its author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its content or Code Samples, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in your local currency.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless latentstack and its author from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

21. Availability and changes to the Site

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including individual posts, features or feeds, at any time and without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else for any such change, suspension or discontinuation.

22. Suspension of access

We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms or uses the Site in a way that harms it or other people, without prior notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, Code Samples, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) continue to apply after your use of the Site ends.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the country where the author of latentstack resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be settled quickly that way.

24. General terms

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
